Welcome to Tatvagyaan School ERP.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Tatvagyaan platform, website, student portal, school ERP services, and related digital services.
By accessing or using Tatvagyaan, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
1. About Tatvagyaan
Tatvagyaan is a school management software platform provider. Tatvagyaan provides digital tools, hosting, technical infrastructure, support, and related services to registered schools.
Tatvagyaan does not operate, own, or manage any school. Each registered school is responsible for its own users, data, records, communication, permissions, payments, and internal operations.
2. Use of Platform
Tatvagyaan may be used only for lawful and authorized school-related purposes.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, upload harmful content, copy confidential data, or use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Any activity performed through a user account may be treated as activity performed by that user. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should immediately contact your school administrator or Tatvagyaan support.
Tatvagyaan or the registered school may restrict, suspend, or deactivate accounts if misuse, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms is detected.
4. Role of Registered School
The registered school controls and manages its own school data and user access.
The school is responsible for entering, verifying, updating, correcting, approving, deleting, and managing the information available through the platform.
Tatvagyaan provides the technology platform but does not independently verify all school records entered by the school or its authorized users.
5. Payments
Where online payments are enabled, payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
Tatvagyaan may store limited payment references for records, support, and reconciliation. Tatvagyaan does not intentionally store sensitive payment authentication details such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords.
All payment disputes related to school fees, student fees, school charges, or school-managed amounts should first be raised with the registered school.
6. Platform Availability
Tatvagyaan aims to provide reliable platform access, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet issues, hosting issues, third-party service failures, security reasons, or events beyond our control.
7. Third-Party Services
Tatvagyaan may use third-party services for hosting, storage, payment processing, communication, analytics, support, or security.
Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Tatvagyaan is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, or services not controlled by Tatvagyaan.
8. Intellectual Property
Tatvagyaan name, logo, platform design, software, content, branding, and related materials belong to Tatvagyaan or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or misuse Tatvagyaan materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tatvagyaan provides the platform on an as-available basis.
Tatvagyaan is not responsible for incorrect data entered by schools or users, internal school decisions, unauthorized sharing by users, user-side internet issues, third-party service failures, or losses caused by misuse of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
Tatvagyaan may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
