Tatvagyaan does not decide what personal information a school should collect, how school records should be created, or how school data should be used internally. These decisions are made by the registered school.

Tatvagyaan processes school data only for providing, maintaining, securing, supporting, and improving the platform and related services.

3. Role of the Registered School

The registered school is responsible for collecting, entering, verifying, updating, using, sharing, retaining, correcting, and deleting the data it manages through Tatvagyaan.

The school is also responsible for obtaining any required permission, consent, or authorization from students, parents, guardians, teachers, staff, or other users before using the platform.

Any request related to correction, update, access, deletion, clarification, or dispute of school-managed records should usually be raised with the registered school first.

Tatvagyaan may assist the school technically where required.
